"I was visiting your restaurant about 3 months ago and had a nice small lunch which was excellent. However I did notice 6 to 8 people out front who were anxious and screaming at the wait staff because they were in a hurry. As an American, I have always heard the French are rude, but your young waiters performed like true professionals and never let it bother them. Kudos."
